As a prospective seller, buyer or landlord we will be required to collect information relating to property ownership, contact details, purchasing requirements and any other information.

As a tenant, we may require information relating to employment status, earnings, and referees (personal and/or commercial). We will also use this information to undertake credit checks where we consider it appropriate to do so.

On occasions Nexus Real Estate may be required to obtain further information from you to ensure we can provide our full range of services to you.

How we use information held
Any information held about you will be used by Nexus Real Estate for lawful purposes in compliance with real estate regulations and statutory requirements within Western Australia.

The information we hold will be used to keep you up-to-date with industry matters, the real estate market, news, promotions and any other information or service that may be of interest to you.

At anytime you may advise Nexus Real Estate if you no longer wish to receive such information or if you wish to be removed from any of our databases. However if you enter into transactions with Nexus Real Estate that involve either a sale, purchase or rental, then it is a requirement we hold information so as to identify you.

Security of Information
At Nexus Real Estate we take reasonable steps to ensure information collected is stored in a secure environment. Access to such information is only by authorized personnel so as to prevent the misuse, loss or modification to the data.
