Nexus Real Estate is excited to announce that it recently opened its 5th Office in just four years. The office is located in Ellenbrook on Main Street in the centre of the shopping & cafe precinct. We see this as an exciting opportunity as Ellenbrook has fast become a major area for housing growth in recent years with an already established infrastructure of schools and amenities nearby; not to mention the world class Swan Valley Wine Region on its doorstep.
 
Nexus will be providing both Sales and Property Management Services from this location which will be headed up by Licensee & Director – Dave Holland and Director – Nicholas Yates and their team.

Nexus will be looking at opening more offices in other core areas throughout 2010, emphasising the need to be community based with a main focus on providing excellent customer service and solid marketing exposure for its clients.
